5 Year Wood Rot Protection Warranty

DW Industries, LLC provides a 2 Year Comprehensive Warranty which covers defects in craftsmanship and a 5 Year Wood Rot Protection Warranty. This warranty coverage offers the opportunity to request a warranty appointment just prior to the 1 or 5 year anniversary of your closing date depending on which warranty you are in need of.

For any of your warranty needs, please contact DW Industries, LLC warranty department directly. Our Warranty Representative will be available to provide you with one central contact and will coordinate with our in-house Service Technicians. Should you experience an emergency outside of our normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) please dial the emergency number (913-208-8677). Leave a message after the tone and you will receive a call back promptly. (24 hours a day, 7 days a week!).
