2 Year Craftsmanship / 5 Year Wood Rot Protection

DW Industries, LLC provides a 2 Year Comprehensive Warranty which covers defects in craftsmanship and a 5 Year Wood Rot Protection Warranty.  This coverage offers the opportunity to request an appointment just prior to the 2 or 5 year anniversary of your closing date depending on which warranty you are in need of.  Treated lumber including, but not limited to, Yella Wood, Pro Wood, and ACQ will not be warrantied when used as a member in decking, railings, posts, balusters and any component other than the structure.

During your warranty period:

For any of your warranty needs, please contact DW Industries, LLC warranty department directly.  A DW Representative will be available to provide you with one central contact and will coordinate with our in-house Service Technicians.  Should you experience an emergency outside of our normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) please dial the emergency number (913-208-8677).  Leave a message after the tone and you will receive a call back promptly. (24 hours a day, 7 days a week!).

We will respond to your message within the next working business day in all non-emergency situations.
