DW Elite Decks employs only people of high character and integrity. Our team takes great pride in their professionalism, cleanliness, and diligent work ethic. Every person in our company has undergone a stringent and thorough background check before being hired.

Furthermore, our employees are full time permanent carpenters, not seasonal, part time, sub contractors or independent contractors. Most of our crew members have been with us for several years, and we make every effort to retain everybody we hire. We realize this is crucial in order to keep our standards at a high level and produce a consistent, quality product.
