We firmly believe Sincere Customer Service is a critical element of any successful business. We also feel it’s a component missing from most Kansas City deck builders and contractors in general. That’s why we are owner operated and always accessible for communication with our current, past, and potential customers. Our full time sales representative, Tim O’Donnell, is solely dedicated to making sure all of your questions and concerns are answered.

Professional Operations are a product of DW Elite Decks being the largest deck builder in Johnson County, Kansas. In fact, we build more decks, screened porches, pergolas, and stamped concrete patios than any other deck builder in Kansas City. This experience has mandated that we develop efficient and effective methods of operation. We pull and pass all required building permits. We’re able to accurately expedite the delivery of materials and mandate our crew’s timeliness on a daily basis. Our job sites are organized and picked up every day and a thorough final walk through is done on each project by an owner of the company. Furthermore, all operation procedures are clearly relayed to our clientele.

As you can easily see by viewing our digital catalogs and public showroom, our decks, pergolas, porches and patios are Superior Products within the Kansas City deck industry and even throughout the country. We maintain the highest quality standards and control every detail of craftsmanship. Using In-House Employees allows us to train and retain our own hand picked carpenters who always look out for the best interest of our customers. The same cannot always be said for a subcontractor who has no relationship with the property owner or purchaser.
